Grand Park Hotel

big hotel at sudden entrance at road. we thought it was just a road with shops on both sides. it was a large hotel with plenty of parking. all our rooms had bathtub which was a delight. staffs are friendly.

very good location

the elevator was too slow, first couple of days the breakfast was set menu but in our last day it was a buffet it was fine but the fried eggs was freezing cold.

The room and the hotel were pretty good, but the Wifi was spotty and the hot water did not work. They tried to fix it during our stay, but were not able to.

Peaceful stay within short walk of great food market in one direction and supermarket across the ro.

A very comfortable, reasonably priced room in an excellent location. The room also had a bathtub which was very nice.

Hot water was limited during peak evening hours.

In the heart of the city. Shopping mall and market is in walking distance

All good

Room was great..clean comfortable.Good value for moneyRestaurant food was really good Staff provided excellent service

Liked it allNo complaints

The hotel is really close to the train station and to a mall. There are a lot of restaurants nearby.

The facilities may need a bit of an update. There is no safe box in the room.

Very close to morning market and Tawang town. Very convenion if you dont have yiur own transport and very good value. The room and toilet is clean.

Quiet clean rooms, good air conditioning value for money hotel

Poor customer service and reception.

I ask the receptionist why all my rooms are facing the back instead of the front but she pretended not to understand it. I specifically request that I want some rooms to face the front when we return in a few laters but again our request wasn't met without any reason.

As for the price, it was as expected. There aren't that many facilities, no pool or gym for example. On Saturday morning at 7.10 am, the buffet breakfast was nowhere to be seen, but on Sunday morning at 06.40 am, it was in full operation. Ah ,well, T.T.T! The Aircon was great and effective. The housekeeping staff were super friendly.

location very good. big rooms. comfortable bed.

Fridge in many rooms frozen shut. we checked several rooms before finding one we could use. reception staff not very welcoming. dirty shower curtain and shower ran hot and cold without being able to control.

Location downtown. Friendly enough staff. parking. Reasonable price.

Smelly, looks old.

good location for city centre.

a large hotel rooms were a bit tired, could do with up dating.

The breakfast was dismal with poor service and miserable staff !!

The staff were belligerent and unhelpful.

Good location. Breakfast ok. Shower was really good.

The Bed was horrible. Hard like a wooden plate. imagine that wooden plate moving when you lie down and you get seasick.

Very good location.
